Noise Complaint Recorded Evidence
This issue was originally reported to the site management on 08-09-2024, where we were asked to provide cooroboration, where the investigation would be re-opened.
This has been consitently on-going since we have lived in this apartment unit at Eagle Pointe in Albany Oregon.
We simply need this noise to stop.
The "peaceful enjoyment" of our home as written in our lease, and defined by Oregon law, is consistently being violated.
Obtaining equipment that could accurately record the consitent "percussive" sounds coming from the upstairs tennants unit took a few months of research, expense, and time.
We have been living in apartments for the last 7 years, and the noise levels from the apartment above us are way beyond normal apartment sounds.
The occupant above provides babysitting for multiple children 3-4 days of the week.
To show this, video evidence of children "visitors" being dropped off in the morning/afternoon, and then picked up later in the day of the recoded sounds
on this web site are available to the Apartment Management (not posted here to protect privacy).
The noises are from the "visitors" of the tennant living upstairs and do not live in the unit.
The noise issue has been brought to the upstairs tennants attention mulitple times with no resolution.
The duration of the disturbances run hours-long making our apartment unliveable.
